Covid-19 Precautions for Concert 4th December 2021, 3pm at St Mary’s Church, Arkengarthdale

Before the Event:

Please do not attend our event if:
- you have symptoms / feel unwell
- you have tested positive (PCR or Lateral flow)
- you have been told to self-isolate
- someone you have close contact with has tested positive
- you are quarantining after a visit abroad

You are encouraged to do a lateral flow test before attending this concert

Admission is predominantly by advance ticket sales through Reeth Post Office, by phoning Jackie Pope on 07885 498676 or online at WeGotTickets.  If capacity has not been reached, tickets will be available on the door: please have the correct money if possible (£8 per ticket) and be prepared to give the contact details of someone in your party.

We will keep some doors and windows open for as long as we can during the concert to improve ventilation, so please wear warm clothes.

Out of respect for other people in the venue, we respectfully request that you use a face covering for the whole time you are inside the church, unless you have an exemption.

The programme is available to download and print before the event, although paper versions will be available at the concert for free.

At the Event:

Do not enter the church if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you feel at all unwell.

The venue has been risk assessed and cleaned and ventilated before the concert.  

You might be asked to queue outside on arrival for a short while to avoid overcrowding

Out of respect for other people in the venue, we respectfully request that you use a face covering for the whole time you are inside the church, unless you have an exemption.

You will be asked to check in using the Test and Trace app or provide your contact details.

Hand sanitiser will be provided.

Please take your own rubbish home.

Programmes are available to pick up for free.

Please be respectful of each other’s space when moving about the church.  You will be offered place holders to keep free the seats either side of your party if you would prefer to maintain social distancing when seated.

The concert will last 70 minutes with a 5 interval.  There will be no refreshments.  You are asked to remain in your seats during the short interval.  

Adhering to Government guidance, contact details of those attending the concert will be securely stored for three weeks in case we need to get in touch because of a Covid case associated with the event.
